Every state page reads the same way the work does: the honest licensing picture for fiber and low-voltage contractors in that state, where the BEAD-funded buildout is heading (sourced, with no figure that will age), the ground and weather that govern the bore and the aerial calendar, and the coverage lines that respond. A crew based in one state running a build in another can trigger requirements in both — the multi-state payroll is part of what we structure.
